There are some upcoming online gambling conferences that I thought some of my
beloved readers would like to know about. Hey, if you've ever thought of
starting your own gambling portal like Casino Scrutiny, I strongly urge you to
attend one of these conferences. Just remember that Casino Scrutiny is not your
typical online gambling portal. I operate a couple of other portals which are
more of your traditional affiliate portals - albeit they are informative and
unbiased. That being said, becoming an affiliate allows you to participate in
your favorite online pastime (I mean gambling, not that other four-letter word),
and potentially making some revenue at the same time....Revenue that you can use
for your gambling activities. The way I look at is if it wasn't there to begin
with, you're not going to be so attached to it if you lose it back to the
casino.
Anyways, these upcoming conferences I bespeak of (I love to use the word
"bespeak"), are the Online Gaming Summitt in Kensington UK on December 3-4, and
the 10th Annual Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo in Montreal next year
(June 3-5, 2008). Concerning the Online Gaming Summitt, a major topic of
interest will be Emerging Markets and Products and the International Fraud
Panel, which will be discussing the latest technologies and systems that are
being used to protect players and prevent fraud within the online casino
gambling sector.
As for the Global Interactive Gaming Summitt and Expo in Montreal (GIGSE),
founder and event organizer - Clarion Gaming - are conducting survey's right now
to get an idea of what attendees would like to see. While I admit that GIGSE is
certainly the largest international online gambling expo of its kind, I
recommend that new affiliates attend the conferences organized by
CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com (CAP), which are more geared toward making realistic
connections between affiliates and online casinos. GIGSE is certainly worth
attending, but covers a much broader range of issues and topics, including
international regulation standards and bringing corporate interests to
international markets.
