Ultimate Bet Sponsors WWE
It was only a matter of time before two of the most popular industries in
entertainment got together in partnership. In a press release from South Africa
earlier this month the online casino website of Ultimate Bet announced that they
would be entering a sponsorship deal with the World Wrestling Entertainment Inc.
The two companies come from very different locations, the Word Wrestling
Entertainment home is based out of Connecticut in the United States while the
place that Ultimate Bet calls home is on the Territory of Kahnawake which
belongs to the Mohawk Nation. There is no doubt that the WWE is about as huge as
online casinos themselves.
The WWE is the largest corporation of its kind and it has been owned and
operated for years by Vince McMahon and his family. In 2007 their revenue
totaled a very impressive $500 million world wide. They have about as large of a
fan base as multiple online casinos combined. They have multiple offices all
over North America and the United Kingdom. The future looks bright for the
company who has offices in Los Angeles, London, Stamford Connecticut, Toronto,
and New York. Ultimate Bet is a bit of a powerhouse in the online casino
industry themselves. Their business has been running since 1999 and has no
intention of stopping. They are one of the biggest sources for poker in the
online casino industry.
The new partnership of the World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. came just in time
for Ultimate Bet to become their official sponsor at the Twenty Fifth
Anniversary event of WrestleMania. The anniversary extravaganza will take place
in Houston, Texas. In preparation for the huge even Ultimate Bet will be
offering their players and other online casino fans a chance to win tickets to
the major wrestling event to be held at the Reliant Stadium which holds 75,000
people. A representative for Ultimate Bet said, "We’re proud to partner with WWE
on the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania and to offer one lucky player the
ultimate entertainment experience to be part of all the drama and action of this
pop culture extravaganza." We look forward to hearing how this partnership
affects other online casinos and the wrestling industry.
