Sports Betting is Okay: 1

The Super Bowl is bringing up a lot of questions on whether the sports betting websites will be able to operate fully and without any complications in the United States and abroad. There are some online casino like gambling companies that are listed on the London stock exchange that have recently backed off from taking very many bets from the United States and then they replaced their spots with less reliable online casinos. Joseph Kelly, who is a business law professor at the State University of New York College in Buffalo, New York sent out a message to the gambling public of the United States that it is still safe to gamble online. He did, however, also tell the online casino players to watch out and make sure that the place that they make their bets is part of a well regulated country.
Kelly is a sort of expert in the field. He helped develop the online casino regulations for the government of Antigua. He said that the regulations that have been placed on American online casinos does not affect the sports betting industry, in fact he says it is just as easy to bet online as it was before the government set the regulations. Since 1995 online casinos, sports betting websites and poker sites have been in operation and have only grown in popularity since then. In the United States there were an estimated 2,000 websites that were taking bets during the time that the US Congress was passing the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act in 2006. Since then the online gambling answer for the United States have been very fuzzy as to what exactly is illegal and what is not.
