Casino Affiliate Convention

The last weekend in March 2009 will mark the beginning of the 7th annual Casino Affiliate Convention, presented by Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. The online casino event will take place in the Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam on March 30 and 31, 2009. The weekend long convention will focus primarily on the advertising and marketing aspects of the online casino industry. Although the primary focus will be on online casinos there will be plenty of discussion on internet poker and bingo. The Casino Affiliate Convention has one of the best attendance records in any European convention of this sort. The reason for the large European attendance may be due to the fact that they cover the affiliate market and the internet gaming affiliates of the whole European Union’s internet gaming market.

The topics that will be discussed at the convention will be geared towards helping online casinos advance their level of traffic. The venue in which they will be holding all of these speeches and discussions will be near the heart of Amsterdam, Dam Square. The online casino industry will have some of its most powerful in attendance of the Casino Affiliate Convention. Some of those people who are confirmed speakers are as follows: Simmon Eaton who is the general manager of Gaming Affiliate Marketing in Spanish Speaking Countries and Bob Rains who is very well known in the industry. Rains will have a speech called Black Hat and White Hat: Tactics and Strategies round III. The leaders of the convention decided to throw in someone completely different and scheduled Andre Au (The Platinum Sponsor Ladbrokes Affiliate Manager) to speak on how the Affiliate programs differ.

The online casino event will have over 1000 delegates in attendance and at the very minimum should have 650 affiliates in attendance. The guests of honor, besides the speakers, will be the superaffiliates who will show how important this meeting is to online casinos. This convention has been compared to a business conference meeting with a trade show. An organizer for the event, Marc Lesnick said, "We are suddenly getting a whole bunch of people signing up to come. It is looking like quite a show." The event will be free for sponsor affiliates. The next CAC event will be in September and it will be located in Moscow.
