There was a recent announcement made by Beneficial Holdings Inc. on July 14, 3009 which announced that they would be forming a new subsidiary in Nicaragua. Along with the new subsidiary the company also received all the permits that are required to operate in the country. The subsidiary which will be in charge of the investments that the company makes in the Central American country are called Grupo Beneficial and Sociedad Anonima. So far the company has done everything that they need to do to make their transition into the country a smooth one. They currently need to receive the proper documents which would legally allow them to operate in the capital city in Nicaragua, the city of Managua. The potential of this company would be a big investor in the online casino industry.

Online casinos are the future of a lot of these central American countries, as most of them could use the tax revenue during this time of economic struggles. Beneficial Holdings Inc. is registered as a corporation in the state of Nevada and has been in operation since 1990. It was not until recently in 2009 that the company decided to move into the online gaming world of the online casino.
