Mr. Green Focuses on Sweden
One Swedish online casino has recently done some re arranging in their marketing
department. The online casino, Mr. Green has decided that they are going to
focus more on the Swedish market. In order to do that they need to hire someone
who is an expert in their field and that is exactly why they recruited Daniel
Oskarsson. He will be the new country manager whose first call of duty will be
to expand the regional market. That is no small feat for any business, but it is
usually just a little bit tougher for online casinos due to the taboo that goes
with internet gambling. This online casino is part of the online casinos that
are powered by Nyx Interactive, Net Entertainment and Betsoft Gaming. Mr. Green
was founded in Sweden by the original Betsson founders.
Although this online casino is not very old, it has quite a good reputation. Mr.
Green was founded in August of 2008 and had the Norway section of the online
casino open in September 2008. The latest addition to this family of online
casinos was the Australian branch which opened its virtual doors in July of
2009. Now with a new focus they will be expanding their business to a higher
level than they have ever achieved. The new hire, Oskarsson had worked in Europe
in the advertising world for years. He used to work for Dropit and Gerupdated in
McCan, Nofrontiere in Austria. The managing director of the online casino,
Mikael Pawlo said of their new goals, “With a dedicated Swedish country manager
we can maintain and increase our growth in Sweden while continuing our rapid
expansion into new markets.”
The new addition to the online casino also had some comments about his new
position. Oskarsson said, “I enjoy the fresh thinking Mr Green adds to the
casino industry and I am impressed with the company’s communication thus far. I
like the gentleman’s attitude used not only in the casino brand, but also in all
communication and even the internal company culture." So look forward to a whole
lot of new ideas to come from Mr. Green’s online casinos.
