Ladbrokes Ad Campaign: 1

The land based and online casino group of Ladbrokes recently made an announcement that they will be doing something about the gambling monopoly in Scandinavia. The company released a statement that revealed their plans to launch a campaign that will run in any available media which includes television, radio and even print ads which will all have a common message for the people of Scandinavia. That message for the people of Scandinavia is that they have an option when it comes to online casinos and internet gambling. The only choice that the people from the Swedish state have at the moment is the government operated Svenska Spel.

What could be more exciting than that for the online casino? Well, the endorsement from a celebrity never hurts. The online casino group announced that their ad campaign will feature the actor Ed Stoppard who was in the movie, ‘The Pianist’. This campaign that the online casino group is so excited to present to the world is scheduled to run until May 2009. It will be featured in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway. All of the companies that have been involved with the Swedish government have had serious issues with the exclusive policies that the government has. This is not the firs huge campaign that Ladbrokes has launched to promote the online casinos from its group. They actually had a very successful campaign in 2008 that made a huge amount of people aware of the services they offer. Their fight has only just begun to make their awareness wider across the Scandinavian countries.
