Poker Trillion Drops Lawsuit
In the world of online casinos there is never a shortage of excitement. Recently
the company Poker Trillion filed a lawsuit against a Swedish software developer,
Boss Media. The online poker room appears to have dropped its case against Boss
Media. Poker Trillion even went as far as to post a message on their website
that stated how they were ending their dispute with the online casino software
developer.
When a story like this hits the scene, the rumor mill sparks. Before knowing all
of the facts, one may think that the online casino/poker site pulled out of the
suit because they did not have enough evidence to back up their claims...
According to our sources, Boss Media has settled some of the debts with Poker
Trillion. In addition to that, they (Poker Trillion) were able to get the First
Hall Civic Court of Malta to rule in their favor. The ruling stated that Malta
had the power to seize the gaming servers, take down online casino licensees,
and take down their online poker networks.
This is bad news for Boss Media. But they did not take this news lying down,
they later stated an attack towards Poker Trillion claiming that they “acted out
of spite because they had been expelled from Boss Media's poker network for rake
back violations”. Boss Media also released a statement to assure all of its
online casino players and trustees that all of their money is save guarded and
insured in the event of a seizure. There are some areas in this case that are
pretty fuzzy to the outsider looking in as there may have been an outside
settlement that was made between the online casino companies.
