Cashcade Up for Auction: 2

Online casinos have been succeeding in a world where not many industries are doing well. Some companies are not doing as well as others so they are being forced to either sell or merge. One very popular online casino marketing firm, Cashcade, announced recently that they will be auctioning their company off. The likelihood of the big online casinos like 888 and Party Gaming acquiring the assets that belong to the online casino marketing company are highly likely. This is actually something that is very convenient for Party Gaming because they recently announced that they were looking to possibly acquire a new company. Party Gaming has been going through a long and drawn out legislative process with the United States where they finally settled with the Department of Justice so they are free to move on with their business as usual.

They are not the only ones that had announced their intent to acquire some of the competition as soon as it became available. 888 recently announced the same intent and they may have an advantage over Party Gaming because they have an existing relationship with Cashcade. There are some people on the inside that are claiming that 888 has the edge on the bidding war for the online casino marketing company. The bids have already been placed for the company and the final bids will be placed this week and will be announced by Independent News. Independent News actually owns 17 percent of Cashcade so they are welcoming the cash that will flow into their pockets as soon as the company is sold.
