PartyPoker Tournament Results

Online casinos often host tournaments so then their top players can go head to head against each other and win big with larger prize pots. The online casino, Party Poker recently hosted a tournament that lasted 5 days. In the five day long tournament players from all over battled it out on the poker tables. Two players in particular, JC Tran and Tony G battled it to the very end of the third edition of the Party Poker Premier League tournament. Twelve of the online casino’s top players flew in to take their chances with their competitors face to face; some were land players who have pretty impressive resumes. The players were divided up into heats and were eliminated all the way down to the final table.

The players who were chosen to play at the online casino’s event were: Annette Obrestad, Tom Dwan, JC Tran, Juha Helppi, Tony G, Vicky Coren, Andy Black, Roland de Wolfe, Phil Hellmuth, Nenad Medic, David Ulliott and the current World Series of Poker Champion, Peter Eastgate. There were several players in attendance from the United States at the event, two of which made it to the final table which consisted of six seats. The other players who made an appearance at the final table were from the United Kingdom, Finland, and Australia. JC Tran started out strong but lost his lead at heads up. He later came back and defeated Tony G (Australia). He took home the grad prize of $300,000 from the online casino poker tournament. The second place player, Tony G ended up taking home a decent paycheck of $150,000.
